Pat was born in Italy and has worked in the import/export business dealing with energy, food and restaurant products, oil field equipment and supplies since 2004. His primary business has been as a finance consultant and strategy advisor to middle market companies in re-capitalization for growth programs. He likewise provides guidance for early stage and small public companies seeking growth capital. As Import Manager for an international trading company, he developed long term relationships with several key Asian trading partners; an experience which is serving Tokimus Biotech very well as it established its relationships with Asian suppliers. Pat attended University of North Dakota in 1990 and completed study program receiving university credits at Harvard Business School in 2019.
Jason was born and raised in Taiwan and received his degree in accounting form Aletheia University in Taiwan. He completed his MBA at the University of Houston and is a licensed CPA in the United States. Due to his continued ties to Taiwan, China and Asia, Jason provides valuable insights into the business culture of Southeast Asia as well as providing valuable contacts there. In his career, he has been instrumental in financing both US and foreign entrepreneurial companies. Aside from managing the financial matters of Tokimus Biotech, Jason makes valuable business contacts for the company in Asia.
