Pat was born in Italy and has worked in the import/export business dealing with energy, food and restaurant products, oil field equipment and supplies since 2004. His primary business has been as a finance consultant and strategy advisor to middle market companies in re-capitalization for growth programs. He likewise provides guidance for early stage and small public companies seeking growth capital. As Import Manager for an international trading company, he developed long term relationships with several key Asian trading partners; an experience which is serving Tokimus Biotech very well as it established its relationships with Asian suppliers. Pat attended University of North Dakota in 1990 and completed independent study program receiving university credits at Harvard Business School in 2019.
Jason was born and raised in Taiwan and received his degree in accounting form Aletheia University in Taiwan. He completed his MBA at the University of Houston and is a licensed CPA in the United States. Due to his continued ties to Taiwan, China and Asia, Jason provides valuable insights into the business culture of Southeast Asia as well as providing valuable contacts there. In his career, he has been instrumental in financing both US and foreign entrepreneurial companies. Aside from managing the financial matters of Tokimus Biotech, Jason makes valuable business contacts for the company in Asia.

He is also a National Association of CorporateDirectors (NACD) Certified Director. General Granger has extensive experience in health care management and operations,including health policy, planning, budgeting and execution related to the health program foruniformed service members around the globe through his tenure with TRICARE. Gen Granger has unique leadership and policy experience through his 35-year career with theU.S. Army.

RESOLVE is a 43-year-old independent, nonprofit organization (501c3) providing collaborative problem-solving including designing and leading solutions-focused programs, offering mediation and facilitation expertise, and supporting programs development and impact enterprise formation that address environmental, health, social, and economic issues. RESOLVE had partnered with Tokimus during Pandemic to facilitate the required donations and funds flows plus comply with international regulatory matters to follow GAVI/ COVAX vaccine protocols.
Dr. Rosenblatt has more than 30 years of clinical and biomedical research and development experience in multiple settings, including academia, biotech, startups, and clinical practice, and he has published over 80 papers and book chapters on cancer and neuronal biology, biomarker development, and clinical genomics and proteomics. Currently, he is President and Medical Director of Consultative Genomics, PLLC, a molecular pathology group specializing in Genomic and Proteomic clinical testing as applied to chronic disease, population health management, and personalized medicine.
Eric Seok is a Seoul-based medical product and master export distributor for Asia andhas represented Tokimus as agent for several key COVID-19 related products via his TNF Bio as exporter. Mr. Seok spent two decades in businessin and out of Hyundai Group, educated in New Zealand, and USA.
