Dr Kevin Rosenblatt MD, PHD

Dr. Rosenblatt has more than 30 years of clinical and biomedical research and development experience in multiple settings, including academia, biotech, startups, and clinical practice, and he has published over 80 papers and book chapters on cancer and neuronal biology, biomarker development, and clinical genomics and proteomics. Currently, he is President and Medical Director of Consultative Genomics, PLLC, a molecular pathology group specializing in Genomic and Proteomic clinical testing as applied to chronic disease, population health management, and personalized medicine.

Allen Edzerza PhD, Board Advisor
Allen Edzerza is a Tahltan indigenous member and the Chairman of Chona Health, Inc and also a member of Aple Corp’s ESG board. Mr. Edzerza lives in Canada, where he acts as partner for all distribution of virus tests into Canadian markets and interaction with Native Peoples in the U.S. and Canada.

Eric Seok – TNF Bio Co, Ltd/Tokimus Managing Director-Asia
Mr. Seok, based in Seoul is principal at TNF Bio a South Korea based medical products, and export distributor throughout Asia, representing Tokimus as its exclusive agent. Mr. Seok spent over two decades in various businesses, including time as exclusive partner and former representative with Hyundai Group and its selected subsidiaries in Australia/NZ markets, and has higher education from New Zealand, and USA. Further, Tokimus associate in Singapore based Creafin, is founded by Mr. Patrick Teo, former managing director at Rothchild’s Bank. Mr. Teo, Mr. Seok and Riggs had prior years relationships, and as result manage its Asia business dealings with direct teams interacting with various biomedical suppliers.

Major General Elder Granger, MD – Strategic Liaison Advisor
Dr. Granger CEO of The 5Ps, LLC, a healthcare, education, and leadership consulting firm, since August 2009; served in the U.S. Army for over 35 years before retiring in June 2009, and was the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) in Washington, D.C. from December 2005 to June 2009. Dr. Granger is a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors. He is board certified by the American College of Physician Executives, American Board of Medical Quality and American Board of Internal Medicine and holds numerous medical certifications. He received undergrad from Arkansas State University and earned his medical degree from University of Arkansas School of Medicine. Dr. Granger currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Cigna Corporation (NTSE: CI), Cerner (Nasdaq: CERN) and DLH Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: DLHC) and others. Dr Granger’s unique qualifications, expertise, and positive disposition greatly assist in providing Tokimus strategic insight into pathways to interact with U.S. Federal government to help develop public policy.
